How do I become a Bellisse® dealer?

The process is simple - because we want to make it easy for you to bring our product to women in need.

All you need to do is download a credit application and fill it out (110kb - .pdf document, pdf viewer required, get it here). Then fax completed applications to 802-658-1445, or mail them to Bellisse, PO Box 2221, Williston, VT 05495-2221.

After you've been approved, you'll be assigned a Bellisse® account number. Please feel free to contact our friendly Customer Service Representative at 1-877-273-1683 or with any questions you may have.

Bellisse® Preferred Dealers keep a selection “fitter bras” in core sizes in stock to help women get a more accurate fit for their Compressure Comfort® Bras. In return, Preferred Dealers enjoy reduced restocking fees and increased customer satisfaction.

Bellisse Premier Dealers keep a full range of sizes of the Compressure Comfort® Bra in stock. This means that women will walk out your door in comfort - and comfortable customers are likely to become repeat customers! Bellisse rewards its Premier Dealers with exclusive Premier Dealer discounts and waived restocking fees (a savings of up to $36 per unit). We also provide our Premier Dealers with exclusive selling tools, offer them priority in scheduling our in-services, and give them top billing in our online dealer listings.

The link above goes to a sample letter to assist patients who have been denied coverage by their insurance companies in receiving reimbursement/coverage for compression bandages or garments. Be sure to read it carefully and fill in the blanks as necessary, customizing it to your specific situation. Have your physician sign and send it, retaining a copy for your records. Printing PDFs: In order to ensure the highest quality printing of PDFs please be sure to adjust your Printer Properties. Resolution should be set at the highest level possible (300 dpi or higher) and your Dithering setting should be set to "Fine." For some printers you simply need to select "Quality" or "Photo" over the standard setting of "Speed." Please refer to your printer's manual or help section for more information on adjusting your print settings.
